Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to our online store.

This online store is operated by Onlimited Digital ApS. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” “our” and the “Company” refer to Onlimited Digital ApS.

We provide access to our website, online store, products, product information, content, functions, tools and related customer services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store uses Shopify as its technical e-commerce platform.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Services, including purchases made through our online store.

Our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Return and Refund Policy;

  • Shipping and Delivery Policy;

  • Payment Policy; and

  • Other policies displayed through the online store

also form part of the terms governing your use of our Services where applicable.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

By visiting the online store, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

2. Company Information

The Services are provided by:

Company name: Onlimited Digital ApS
CVR number: 46572408
Responsible person / Director: Mathias Ditlev Eriksen

Registered address:

3. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using the Services, you confirm that you have reached the applicable legal age or that you are using the Services with appropriate involvement or authorization from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary if we believe that a user:

  • Has materially violated these Terms;

  • Has provided false or misleading information;

  • Is using the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

  • Has attempted to compromise website security;

  • Has interfered with the operation of the Services; or

  • Creates a material risk to us, our customers or third parties.

4. Customer Accounts

Some features of the Services may require you to create a customer account.

When creating an account or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including:

  • Your name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Billing address;

  • Shipping address;

  • Payment information; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not sell, transfer or knowingly provide unauthorized access to your customer account.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to present product descriptions, specifications, prices and images accurately.

However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly because of factors such as:

  • Screen settings;

  • Device type;

  • Lighting;

  • Photography;

  • Manufacturing variations; or

  • Product improvements.

Product photographs and illustrations are provided to help describe the products.

We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

We may correct or update product descriptions, specifications or images where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section affects your mandatory rights where a product is defective, incorrectly described or does not conform to the purchase contract.

6. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product or guarantee that it will remain available.

A product may become unavailable between the time it is added to your cart and the time the order is processed.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Cancel the affected product;

  • Contact you regarding an alternative;

  • Ask you for further instructions; or

  • Refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

7. Placing an Order

Submitting an order through our online store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation or acknowledgment generally confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

A binding purchase agreement is normally formed when we:

  • Confirm acceptance of the order;

  • Confirm that the order has been dispatched; or

  • Otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.

Please review your order information carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfilment or shipment, we may not be able to make voluntary changes or cancellations.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you.

8. Order Rejection or Cancellation

We may reject, hold or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • Payment cannot be authorized or verified;

  • Billing or delivery information is incorrect or incomplete;

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;

  • An obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;

  • The order exceeds applicable purchase limits;

  • Delivery to the selected destination is unavailable; or

  • Processing the order would violate applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will provide an appropriate refund using the original payment method or another legally appropriate method.

We may contact you using the contact details provided with your order.

9. Personal and Lawful Purchases

Unless otherwise agreed, products purchased through the Services are generally intended for personal or household use.

You must not use the Services for:

  • Fraudulent transactions;

  • Unauthorized commercial resale;

  • Unlawful export;

  • Sanctions evasion;

  • Misrepresentation; or

  • Other unlawful purposes.

We may reasonably restrict quantities or refuse orders where we have grounds to believe that products are being purchased for unauthorized resale or illegal use.

10. Prices and Promotions

The price payable for a product will normally be the price displayed during checkout when you submit your order.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time.

A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error occurred.

Promotions may have separate conditions relating to:

  • Eligibility;

  • Promotional period;

  • Eligible products;

  • Minimum purchase amounts;

  • Maximum discounts; or

  • Usage limits.

Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply.

11. Taxes, Customs and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed during checkout where required and reasonably possible.

Orders delivered across national borders may be subject to:

  • VAT;

  • Customs duties;

  • Import taxes;

  • Customs clearance fees;

  • Handling charges; or

  • Other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, customers may be responsible for charges independently imposed by customs or other government authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.

Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy for additional information.

12. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Depending on your destination and order, available methods may include:

  • PayPal; and

  • Cash on Delivery (COD).

Availability may differ according to country, product, order amount and delivery provider.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

  • The information provided is accurate; and

  • You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, banks, payment gateways or other independent payment providers.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot reasonably be authorized or verified.

PayPal

Where PayPal is available, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's own terms, privacy policies and security procedures.

We will never ask you to provide your PayPal password to us by email.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, payment is made when the parcel is delivered.

COD availability may depend on:

  • Country;

  • Postal code;

  • Product;

  • Order value; and

  • Delivery provider.

Certain COD orders may require reasonable order verification before dispatch.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates and delivery periods displayed through the Services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Customs inspections;

  • Incorrect delivery information;

  • Severe weather;

  • Public holidays;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Regulatory restrictions;

  • Strikes;

  • Natural disasters; or

  • Other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, you may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery costs where permitted by law.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

14. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies:

  • You must notify us before the withdrawal period expires;

  • The goods must be returned within the applicable statutory period; and

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility has been properly disclosed and applicable law permits it.

Where a product is:

  • Defective;

  • Damaged;

  • Incorrectly supplied;

  • Missing components; or

  • Otherwise non-conforming,

return costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy provides additional return options and does not replace or reduce statutory consumer rights.

15. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally required.

Where PayPal was used, an approved refund will generally be processed through the original PayPal transaction where available.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may need to contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be processed within the legally required period.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold a refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods; or

  • You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been returned.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

16. Intellectual Property

Content available through the Services may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Protected content may include:

  • Company names;

  • Brand names;

  • Logos;

  • Product names;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Photographs;

  • Graphics;

  • Videos;

  • Text;

  • Designs;

  • Website layouts;

  • Software; and

  • Icons.

Such content may belong to Onlimited Digital ApS, Shopify, licensors, service providers or other rights holders.

Unless expressly authorized, you must not:

  • Copy or reproduce protected content;

  • Modify or adapt website content;

  • Republish or distribute content;

  • Create unauthorized derivative works;

  • Sell or commercially exploit content;

  • Remove intellectual property notices;

  • Use content to mislead others; or

  • Use protected trademarks or branding without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

17. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Where the Services allow you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, suggestions or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish and display that content for legitimate purposes relating to our Services, including:

  • Operating the online store;

  • Displaying customer reviews;

  • Responding to customer feedback;

  • Improving our Services; and

  • Marketing products or Services.

You confirm that submitted content:

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • Is owned by you or submitted with appropriate permission;

  • Does not violate another person's rights;

  • Is not unlawful or misleading;

  • Is not abusive, defamatory or obscene; and

  • Does not contain malicious software.

We may remove or reject content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

18. Third-Party Tools and Services

The Services may contain tools, integrations or features provided by third parties.

These may include:

  • Shopify;

  • Payment providers;

  • Logistics providers;

  • Analytics services;

  • Advertising services; and

  • Other technology providers.

We do not necessarily own or control these third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by an independent third-party service outside our reasonable control.

19. Third-Party Links

Our online store may contain links to websites, applications or services operated independently by third parties.

We do not guarantee the:

  • Accuracy;

  • Availability;

  • Security;

  • Legality; or

  • Quality

of independent third-party content.

When you visit a third-party website, the third party's own terms and privacy practices will apply.

Purchases made directly from an independent third party are between you and that third party.

20. Shopify

Our online store uses Shopify to provide its technical e-commerce infrastructure.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products purchased through our online store are sold by Onlimited Digital ApS, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by us and is not normally a party to the purchase contract between you and Onlimited Digital ApS.

Shopify may independently process certain personal information in accordance with its privacy documentation and applicable law.

21. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes, among other things:

  • What personal information may be collected;

  • How information is used;

  • How information may be disclosed;

  • How information may be retained;

  • How cookies may be used; and

  • What data protection rights may be available.

Because Shopify and other service providers help us operate our online store, those providers may also process certain information required to provide their services.

22. Errors and Corrections

Information displayed through the Services may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors;

  • Pricing errors;

  • Incorrect product information;

  • Outdated availability information;

  • Incorrect delivery estimates; or

  • Other inaccuracies.

We may correct inaccurate information when an error is identified.

If an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact you and, depending on the circumstances:

  • Offer to proceed using the corrected information;

  • Provide an appropriate alternative; or

  • Cancel the affected order and provide a refund.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

23. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • To violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • To infringe intellectual property rights;

  • To violate privacy rights;

  • To harass, threaten or abuse another person;

  • To provide deliberately false or misleading information;

  • To impersonate another person or business;

  • To distribute unauthorized spam;

  • To transmit viruses or malicious software;

  • To gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

  • To interfere with website security or performance;

  • To unlawfully collect personal information;

  • To bypass security or access controls; or

  • To commercially exploit the Services without authorization.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary.

Illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

24. Automated Access

Automated software, robots, scraping systems, artificial intelligence agents or similar tools must not access or interact with the Services in a way that:

  • Circumvents security controls;

  • Conceals prohibited automated activity;

  • Scrapes protected information;

  • Gains unauthorized account access;

  • Interferes with website performance;

  • Avoids technical access restrictions; or

  • Otherwise violates these Terms.

We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent automated activity that creates security, privacy, intellectual property or operational risks.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services where reasonably necessary because:

  • These Terms have been materially breached;

  • Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;

  • Payment remains lawfully unpaid;

  • Website or account security has been threatened;

  • Continued access creates material risk to others; or

  • We are legally required to do so.

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Terms relating to intellectual property, privacy, liability and disputes may continue after termination where appropriate.

26. Service Availability and Consumer Guarantees

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, functional and secure.

However, we cannot guarantee that the online store will always be:

  • Uninterrupted;

  • Free from temporary errors;

  • Compatible with every device or browser;

  • Free from technical faults; or

  • Completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts:

  • Mandatory consumer guarantees;

  • Statutory product conformity rights;

  • Remedies concerning defective goods;

  • Rights concerning misleading product descriptions; or

  • Other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onlimited Digital ApS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

These may include indirect:

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of revenue;

  • Loss of business opportunities;

  • Loss of data; or

  • Replacement expenses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Fraud;

  • Fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Intentional misconduct;

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • Gross negligence where liability cannot legally be limited;

  • Mandatory product liability;

  • Breach of mandatory consumer rights; or

  • Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Your Responsibility for Breaches

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or claims resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services;

  • A material breach of these Terms;

  • Your infringement of a third party's rights; or

  • Content you submit without the required rights or authorization.

You will not be responsible for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

29. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused exclusively by events outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Extreme weather;

  • War;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Government action;

  • Epidemics;

  • Strikes;

  • Transportation disruption;

  • Telecommunications failures;

  • Power outages;

  • Customs restrictions; or

  • Failures of critical third-party infrastructure.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect where possible.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the fullest extent legally permitted.

Any invalid or unenforceable portion will be separated from the remaining Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these Terms, this does not automatically mean that we have waived that right.

A waiver applies only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.

They replace earlier versions of these Terms relating to the same subject matter.

Nothing in this section excludes information or representations that legally form part of a consumer contract.

33. Assignment

You may not transfer your customer account or contractual obligations to another person without our prior approval, except where applicable law permits such transfer.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate:

  • Business sale;

  • Merger;

  • Restructuring; or

  • Transfer of business assets.

Any such transfer will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

34. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and purchases made through our online store are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the country where you reside.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable consumer law.

If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Email: RegosPennell887@gmail.com

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may have the right to submit the matter to an appropriate consumer dispute resolution body or competent court.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive the right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our Services;

  • Changes to business practices;

  • New features;

  • Changes to payment or delivery services;

  • Changes to Shopify or other service providers;

  • Legal or regulatory changes; or

  • Other legitimate operational requirements.

The latest version of these Terms will be made available through our online store.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen from an accepted consumer order.
